Peanut Butter Granola Bites

A healthy twist on your classic PB&J – no bread required.


  • ½ cup diced strawberries or blueberries
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 large egg

Prep time: 7 minutes

Total time: 12 minutes


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.
  3. Place tablespoon-sized scoops of mixture on a parchment-lined baking pan. Bake for 7 minutes.
